The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team®
Based on the work of Patrick Lencioni, this assessment-based program builds the cohesion and effectiveness of your team by overcoming common problems and dysfunctions. At the center of this program is an assessment powered by Everything DiSC®. It provides each team member insight into their style and preferences as well as the unique aspects of their team dynamics based on the best-selling The Five Dysfunctions of a Team book. Specific action plans are developed to improve team effectiveness. Comparison Reports and Progress Reports are also available.
